On an Android phone, from within the email program, select Menu, then More,
then Account settings, then Signature. Edit as needed and tap OK. Make sure

Click the 'Options' Gear at top on right and select 'Mail Settings'.
Scroll down to 'Signature:' and enter the text you want as your signature in
the text entry field.  Be sure the radio button above the field is selected
next to '(appended at the end of all outgoing messages)'.

   5.0   iPhone smart phone   ( Added 08/31/2011 )

On an iPhone it is pretty simple, go to Settings, then to Mail, Contacts and
Calenders, and there is a field where you can change the signature from "Sent
from my iPhone" to whatever you want. I imagine that the process is similar on

   5.1   iPad tablet   ( Added 05/25/2013 )

On an iPad tablet it is pretty simple, go to "Settings", then to "Mail, Contacts and
Calenders", and there you will find "Signature". Tap that and change the signature from "Sent

   6.0   Outlook Express   ( Updated 05/25/2009 )

In Outlook Express go to tools on the toolbar, click options. Open
the signature tab and fill in your signature. Check the two boxes for
when to apply and that should do it.
If it isn't added automatically click insert then signature on the
toolbar.



   7.0   Speakeasy Webmail(AtMail)   ( Updated 05/25/2009 )

For the Simple Interface style of AtMail, click 'Webmail Preferences'.
Scroll down and find 'Email Signature' entry box. Simply fill in what you
want and click 'Save Preferences'.
The signature will added to message body when the message is opened for edit

   8.0   Yahoo Mail - Classic   ( Updated 05/25/2009 )

From the Yahoo Mail - Classic Welcome screen select 'Options' and then
'Mail Options'. On left select 'Signature' and type what you want in the
entry box on right. Click the 'Show a signature on all outgoing messages'
radio button, above entry box, and click 'Save Changes'.
The signature will added to message body when the message is opened for edit
from a new message, forward or a reply.
